Delivery Information

LampsAndDecor.com offers Free Same Week Local Delivery on orders of $99 or more. Offer is valid for local deliveries in Southern California up to 10 miles from 90703 only ( Cerritos ). Certain items may incur additional handling or restrictions. Please contact us if you live outside of this are for shipping costs.


If a scheduled delivery is canceled, refused, or no one is home to accept the delivery, a re-delivery or pick up fee will be charged in the amount of no less than $30.00. This just covers the fuel/labor costs of the delivery attempt.

Shipping and Insurance

In order to ensure your satisfaction, we will ship all orders complete, no back orders. We will  notify our via email or phone if an item is not available. Though this may take a bit longer at first, you will eventually have the pleasure of having everything you ordered come at one time. This method will save you money by reducing shipping costs. We trust that you will like this approach.

Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.



All merchandise will be shipped to your confirmed billing address only.

  • Large items are shipped with UPS/FedEx Ground, smaller packages are shipped via USPS
  • Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail when available at the end of the shipping day.
  • We do not ship using your own or 3rd party shipping accounts, no exceptions.
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International come with an additional cost, buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees, & taxes.

In some cases when items are out of stock or are special orders, the item will ship directly from their manufacturer. In these cases some manufacturers shipping methods may vary.

We automatically insure all outbound shipments for the full replacement or repair value. You do not need to pay extra for shipping insurance. In the rare event that a shipment is damaged, LampsAndDecor.com will negotiate a price, offer to exchange, or repair the damaged item at no additional cost.


As soon as you notice the damage contact our customer service department. You will be asked to e-mail pictures of the damage and then your new order will be shipped as soon as the damaged product arrives to the our warehouse. Save all packaging materials, including the box item was shipped in.


If replacement parts are available, we may be able to ship out a replacement part for you at no additional charge without having you return the item.


If LampsAndDecor.com ships the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product

Item Availability


LampsAndDecor.com strives to have all in-stock items available for shipping or delivery within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. However, due to production schedules and product availability by the manufacturer this is not always possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify item availability before ordering.  Any returned items will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.


We will notify you If  an item is out of stock and/or on back-order. In such situations you may cancel an order at no charge or keep the order in place.


Attention: Your order will be processed as an authorization only, we only charge your card once we verify stock. Cancellations before this are FREE, if it's done after your card has been charged, you will incur a 30% restocking fee.
